Compared to last year, more seniors are being offered full-time employment due to a stronger economic climate and an increase in positions posted by alumni, says Monica Wilson, associate director of Career Services.

Ten graduates will be working as paid fellows in New York and Washington, D.C., thanks to the new alumni-initiated Dartmouth Partners in Community Service (DPCS) postgraduate program. Pictured is Lily Chesnut '10 of South Strafford, Vt., who will work as a DPCS fellow at the Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, N.Y.

Read more about the DPCS fellowships and the careers seniors are pursuing, including the foreign service. Twenty-four percent of seniors who responded to a survey will attend medical, law, or another graduate school.
